We know it can genuinely be confusing to tell the difference between HerbsAsia's real website and a copycat page — some fake sellers copy our logo, product photos, and even testimonials word-for-word. Here's a simple, practical checklist you can run through before placing an order.
Checklist: Is This Really HerbsAsia?
- Check the exact URL. Our only official website is herbsasia.pk. Watch for lookalike domains with extra words, hyphens, or different extensions (.com, .store, .shop variants that are not ours).
- Look for the "official store" banner. Our website clearly states: "This is our only official store. We are not affiliated with any other site or seller."
- Verify our social accounts. Our official Facebook page is facebook.com/herbsasiaofficial and our Instagram is @herbsasia.official. Be cautious of similarly named pages with slightly different handles.
- Check the contact details. Our official support email is info@herbsasia.pk and phone number is +92-318-4298684. If a seller cannot provide matching details, be cautious.
- Compare pricing. Never Grow Serum is listed at Rs. 2,550, Soft Step at Rs. 1,550, and the Organic Skin Kit at Rs. 2,790 on herbsasia.pk. Prices dramatically lower than these on other pages are a red flag.
- Check for a proper checkout and invoice. Our official website provides order tracking, proper invoicing, and clear refund and shipping policies.
Why We're Strict About This
We do not sell through Daraz, other marketplaces, or any reseller network — herbsasia.pk is genuinely our only sales channel. This means anyone selling "HerbsAsia" products elsewhere is either reselling without authorization or, more concerning, selling a counterfeit product entirely.
If You're Ever Unsure
Before placing an order from any page claiming to be HerbsAsia, message our official support team directly at info@herbsasia.pk to confirm. It takes a minute and can save you from a wasted purchase — or worse, an unknown product on your skin.
What We're Doing About It
We continue to monitor and report counterfeit pages as we become aware of them, and we appreciate every customer who flags a suspicious page to our team — it helps protect the wider HerbsAsia community.
Common Myths About Counterfeit Products
Myth: If the packaging looks identical, the product must be real. Counterfeiters often replicate packaging almost exactly, sometimes better than the price would suggest — packaging alone is not proof of authenticity. Myth: Fake products are just "weaker" versions of the real thing. In many cases counterfeit skincare and wellness products contain entirely different, unverified ingredients rather than a diluted version of the original formula. Myth: Reporting a fake page doesn't help. Every report helps get unauthorized pages flagged and taken down faster, protecting other customers.
What to Do Before You Click "Order Now"
Before completing any purchase from a page you haven't bought from before, take thirty extra seconds: search the exact page name alongside the word "fake" or "scam," check whether the page has genuine engagement (comments from real people, not just emoji spam), and confirm the URL matches herbsasia.pk exactly, with no extra words or characters. If a seller pressures you to pay via personal bank transfer with no order confirmation or invoice, treat that as a serious warning sign rather than simply "how online shopping works here." Genuine businesses, including ours, provide clear order tracking and a paper trail specifically so you're protected if anything goes wrong.
